Only a week to go before baby Eli’s arrival! Wesley is an old friend from high school so I was excited to hear that he and his wife Bethany wanted me to take their maternity and newborn photographs. This perfect little baby girl is Reese. We actually had the privilege of shooting this couple’s engagement session a while back and how cool it is to see their family grow. Maternity Photography in Charlotte NC

Recently, I had the opportunity to take maternity pictures for Lindsay and AJ who are expecting their first child at the end of this month.  These two did a great job and were so much fun to hang out with.  We started early morning at Freedom Park and wrapped up back at their home, which was also great by the way!  It was so cool to hear  and see their excitement and anticipation for the future.   MNP wishes you both the best and I can’t wait to capture more memories as your family grows!

It’s amazing how a series of photographs can tell such a vivid story.  Each photo sparks a memory.  A feeling, a sight, sound or smell. Maybe it’s a detail that we never even saw before.  I thought it would be nice to give a little glimpse into our story from the past few weeks.  The ride to the hospital, the long wait for Amos, the blurry hospital stay with our little man, surprisingly good hospital chicken tenders, and of course the kids just enjoying having mommy home all day.  The past 3 weeks have been great.  I’m lucky to have such a great wife and we’re truly blessed to have 3 awesome kids.  With things getting busy I just want to say thanks to everyone for giving me the opportunity to come into their home and lives to tell a little piece of their story with a camera.  Thanks for checking us out and stay tuned for upcoming posts of other awesome families from the weekend.

**awesome day, awesome tree, and a sweet jeep**

Yes I’m playing catch up – holiday travel, winter weddings, and baby boy on the way…it happens.  Before the leaves dropped I was lucky enough to photograph this young family.  It was nice to see an old friend and meet her little boy Seth.  He was so calm and behaved  which made it super easy to grab some great shots.  Yeah the tree is great but my favorite was the jeep.  It was extra special because once Seth turns 16 the Jeep is his.  One day hopefully he can look back at these pics of himself sitting in the wheel and REAALLY thank his dad for knowing how to take care of his ride.

This little guy was great and so was the family.  I really enjoyed hanging out with these guys as we put Liam to work to get some great photos.  Congratulations guys on such a great addition to your beautiful family.
